World Hepatitis Day 2015

400 million people are living with viral hepatitis worldwide, yet viral hepatitis is entirely preventable. 400 million is 400 million too many. This year, for world hepatitis day we’re reminding the world that prevention is possible.

Prevention is key to tackling the global burden of viral hepatitis. With your support on July 28th, The World Hepatitis Alliance will spread the word that preventing hepatitis is possible. Together we can empower the public and the hepatitis community with the knowledge of how to help to solve this global problem. The World Hepatitis Alliance needs you! Being part of World Hepatitis Day and adding your voice to the cause is easy. There are so many different ways to join, so get involved!

Every day 4,000 people die from hepatitis. This must stop. The World Hepatitis Alliance is calling on you to add your voice and help stop these preventable deaths. A picture speaks louder than words so let’s show the world our commitment to stopping these preventable deaths with our online mosaic campaign. You can provide a voice for the 4,000 lives that will be lost on World Hepatitis Day this year. Together your voices become a powerful symbol for the need for action to prevent future deaths. Join the campaign today by tweeting the hashtag #4000voices or sign-up directly via the website. Every pledge will contribute your Twitter avatar or photo to the mosaic and add your voice to the call for global action in the fight against viral hepatitis.

The official campaign posters are now available! Simply download the official posters and help us spread the message across the globe. Want to add your own image to the poster? Have a powerful message relevant to your region? The posters are fully customisable so get creative with the customisable poster tool here.
