A short training on case management for social workers of the Kyiv city branch of All-Ukrainian Network of people living with HIV/AIDS was held on Friday, September 2, 2016 by Iryna Nerubaieva, Project Manager of AFEW-Ukraine.

During the session, participants were able to improve their knowledge on organization of the processes of case management. In particular, they managed to explore required and existing resources of the social worker, the needs of the clients and ways to meet them using a set of case management tools. Building an effective partnership network and clients’ referral system were another important component of the training.
