However, there is no official data on the exact number of MARA, including underage drug users. In Ukraine MARA represent a very closed group, thus the lack of statistical data, stigma, discrimination and legal barriers make their access to HIV\/STI services more complicated.<\/p>\n<p>Many years of experience of <em>AFEW-Ukraine<\/em> demonstrate that the rights of underage drug users are often violated, and this fact remains unknown to anyone from their close environment, including parents.
