In particular, they\u00a0managed to explore required and existing resources of the social worker, the needs of the clients and ways to meet them using a set of case management tools. Building an effective partnership network and clients\u2019 referral system were another important component of the training.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5742 size-full approach to get access to the necessary medical, legal and other services for such vulnerable to HIV populations as drug users, sex workers, prisoners and others.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
