Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>International Charitable Foundation \u201cAIDS Foundation East-West\u201d <em>(AFEW-Ukraine)<\/em><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is seeking applications for the position of <\/span><b>Project Manager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to support and oversee the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cConnected for Change: Strengthening Civil Society and Youth Advocacy Across Ukraine.\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate project implementation in accordance with the approved proposal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the project budget in close cooperation with financial staff;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implement, monitor, and evaluate the project in cooperation with the MEAL Officer;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Draft donor reports in line with agreed deadlines, in collaboration with the Executive Director, and ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related materials, data sources, reports, and means of verification;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Document project results, lessons learned, and experience gained in the specific implementation context;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribute to publications on project experiences and results;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience and Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">University degree or higher vocational education;
